Are the earrings backs made from Surgical Steel?

Yes My earring findings are made using surgical/stainless steel grade posts.
I use surgical steel as stated in the product descriptions.

I also use low allergy plastic nuts and surgical steel nuts.

Unfortunately some people will have reactions to all kinds of metals even gold/silver no matter what.

All jewellery should be cleaned before and after wear to avoid infections and to maintain hygiene.
I cannot enforce enough the importance of cleaning your jewellery.

Care instructions

Always clean your earring backs in an antiseptic solution suitable for jewellery.
Do not submerge into water.
These earrings are hand made and need to be treated delicately for longevity.

Custom and personalised orders

I cannot offer custom work at this time but occasionally I can make some minor changes. Please msg be before purchase.

FREE Flat rate shipping.
No click & collect services.

Express is extra at checkout & doesn’t mean it gets dispatched any quicker it just being sent using express service.

You will be issued with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Overseas
Orders sent Standard Post with a tracking # (available on request) at Australia Post rates.
Shipping can take 2-12 weeks depending on the country.

O&M won’t enter into any queries with Australia Post on your behalf & will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items once posted with tracking.

Wholesale availability

Yes I wholesale to approved re-sellers.

Orders are a firm sale only and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Items cannot be re-branded.

Order Acknowledgement

O&M provides tracking numbers for all parcels on request and will send you an image of the tracking number via messages should you need to track a parcel.
When you complete any order with O&M you accept this information on freight in the FAQ section and have made a purchase based on the information given.

Can I exchange/return items?

Unfortunately due to Hygienic Reasons, O&M accessories cannot be exchanged or returned as they cannot be resold.

Any faulty items must be reported via correspondence via ETSY within 24hrs of receiving the item.
O&M will resolve with you, via ETSY mail, the best way to return/replace an item.

Unfortunately if an item has been damaged in transit by Australia Post, O&M is not accountable and you need to proceed with claiming for compensation from AusPost immediately.

Any order that is cancelled before sending will only be at my discretion will incur 20% restocking fee to cover costs incurred.

Parcels with incorrect addresses or Returned to Sender

Parcels with incorrect/incomplete addresses at purchase I will msg you immediately for confirmation.

Parcels that have been returned to sender because either they have an incorrect address or have not been collected from the post office…
You are required to organise another delivery address & you are required to pay additional shipping fees for the order to be resent.


If I refund only at my discretion &
If so I will take out the freight fees and Etsy fees from the order even if freight wasn’t paid by the buyer as I have given free freight as good will.
I have a receipt via AUst Post for all postage costs and I will take that from the refund amount as well at the fees Etsy charges.

Freight to resend can be repurchased in my listings.
